Kaatsu Training !!!

My body has definitry changed back to how it used to be a few years ago since I started to do Kaatsu Training.

Kaatsu Training is a workout with blood flow restriction.
The extension belts are put on thighs or arms near the shoulders to constrict blood flow.

This training promotes big muscle growth at low intensities.
The blood is pooling in arms or legs and it goes to a lot of the end of capillarys where it usualy does not go.

During this Training,apparently my brain "panics" and secrete a lot of growth hormone.

The growth hormone usually decreases gradually after aged 20.
I can keep it like people aged under 20 with this training.

It also keeps my skin smooth and my body in good shape.
I heard from a woman who works as a nurse that doctors give growth hormone to patients to help them relax.
That means this training is also efficient to maintain mental health.

Isn't it great?

Do you know of anyplace to get the Kaatsu bands in the United States? Or can we order them from Japan?
