An interesting thing happened to me after I came back from a 2 month trip in Australia I am now is to be able to wake up in eary morning.
I have a very low blood pressure; It usually reaches a high point of just under 90 before lunch time.
So as it was, I had a difficult time waking up in the early morning.
However, now I can wake up at 6:30 everyday.
How did this happen?
When I was in AU, Ifound a lot of good things to do in the early morning.
I had been staying in a host family's home, they had a balocony where they always had their meals.
On the balocony, I could hear birds singing in the fresh air especially during breackfast time.
Not being able to wake up in the morning was not a physical problem, but rather a mental problem.
When there's nothing good to do you get bored and sleepy, and that makes you want stay in bed.
